Do you work alone or with a team?
Both, depending on the shape of the engagement. Default is me owning the work end-to-end — architecture, implementation, ops. For larger projects I hire and lead a team under Tritech Solutions. The engineering accountability always stays with me.
What do you take on?
Production systems I'll own end-to-end. Healthcare (EHR, HIPAA), fintech and Web3, e-commerce on AWS, AI-powered tooling, multi-tenant SaaS. Greenfield or rescue work on systems that have drifted.
How long is a typical engagement?
Four to sixteen weeks of focused build, then optional ongoing support at a reduced retainer. I limit how many projects run in parallel so each gets real attention.
How do you price?
Fixed-price per milestone where the scope is clear, weekly retainer where it isn't. I'll propose whichever one maps to the actual shape of the work. See the /services page for ranges per engagement shape.
What does a HIPAA-compliant Flutter EHR typically cost?
Greenfield: $40k–$120k for the initial build, depending on features and whether there's a legacy migration. Rescue / compliance retrofit: $20k–$80k. Ongoing retainer post-launch: $5k–$15k/month for senior oversight + incident response. Always quoted per actual scope — these are ranges drawn from projects I've shipped.
What does a Solana payment SDK typically cost?
Core checkout SDK with wallet-agnostic flow, Jupiter routing, multi-RPC failover, and a durable settlement ledger: roughly $20k–$60k for a production build, 6–12 weeks. More for custom merchant dashboards or heavy compliance overlays.
What does AWS-from-scratch cost?
For a production e-commerce or SaaS backend on AWS with CloudFormation, CI/CD, ECS/Lambda, Elasticsearch, and a proper data model: typically $25k–$80k over 8–14 weeks. Cost varies mostly with the data model and how much back-office tooling you need.
How much is a fractional CTO?
Typically $3k–$6k per month for 10–30 hours, with a 3-month minimum. Includes architecture reviews, hiring support, technical strategy, incident backup, and weekly founder sync. Good fit for seed / Series-A teams that aren't ready for a full-time CTO yet.
How fast do you reply?
